Jason started with a small local fire department in 1991. He acquired his paramedic license in 1998, and was hired with El Dorado County Fire District. Grant and Jason were partners on a medic unit for several years. During their time together they worked on hundreds of complex emergency incidents. In 2011 Jason promoted to Captain and held various positions in the IAFF Local including President for 4 years.
During his time at County Fire, technology was always a passion. Jason and Grant had setup the first website that County Fire had. Jason was the lead for integrating ImageTrend incident reporting for County Fire. Problem solving is a crucial skill in the Fire Service and it will serve well in this new endeavor. He retired from the fire service in September of 2024, and partnered with Grant to build this company that realizes the importance of Fire Service values.
Grant Ingram started in the USFS as a firefighter, was hired by a local fire district in 1984 as a firefighter paramedic. During his time with the local district he promoted to Engineer / Paramedic and was given the assignment of helping the fire district with a new thing called the internet. Getting the fire district introduced to technology was a challenging assignment but it paid off. Grant Ingram met Jason Lindberg during this time, and they worked together to build the fire district’s first website. This friendship as fire service partners, with shared values, has lasted over 25 years. In 2006 Grant Ingram was promoted to Fire Captain at CALFIRE and became a type 1 crew captain. Other duties included Type 1 team assignments as FOBS, GISS, STL, DIVS, SITL, ENGB, CRWB, STCR, STEN, SART, TNSP, MEDL(t) SOF1, RESL(t), PSC3 (t)
In 2016 Grant Ingram retired and opened Grizzly Incident Support LLC. A type 1 GIS module with State and Federal agreements providing mobile GIS to incidents. This was highly successful, and a second trailer was built for the command teams. Providing mobile GIS to an incident command team is very challenging as it is tech heavy and time sensitive. In 2024 Grant Ingram sold his share of the company and began working with Jason Lindberg to provide mobile production services to the command teams.
